Check In

We will be ready to welcome you from 3pm on the day of your booking. If you require an earlier check in, please contact our office on 01296 747549 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note, check in earlier than 3pm can not be guaranteed. 

 On arrival, your cabin will be equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen equipment and one pint of semi skimmed milk. Please see our ‘frequently asked questions’ for a full list.

 

Check Out

Check out is at 11am. If you require a later check out at 1pm, there will be a small charge of £10 to cover extra fuel used for the generator.

Please lock the cabin, and drop your keys back to our site office, either to a member of staff or deposit them the post box outside the office.

 

Payments

Full payment must be made online at the point of booking. Any extras must also be paid before your stay as agreed.

 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside any Starveall Glamping Cabins. Please extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts correctly. Please note that discarded butts can be harmful to wildlife.

 

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted with prior arrangement at booking. A supplement of £20 is required at booking.

 

Age Restrictions

Guests must be 18 years or older to book without a parent or guardian. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Wood Fired Hot Tub

Children are not permitted in the hot tubs unless accompanied by an adult. Please do not add any oils etc. to the tub. For hygiene reasons we please ask that you drain the water out before you check out. Please bring swimwear, extra towels and non-slip shoes for use with the hot tub.

 

BBQ

A BBQ and gas is provided for your use. Please use this responsibly and inform the office if the gas runs out. Please make sure the BBQ is fully off after each use. Children are not permitted to use the BBQ.

 

Woodland

Our woodland is privately owned and we are delighted for you to explore, however this is at your own risk and children should be supervised by an adult at all times.

Please respect the wildlife and nature, and please do not leave any litter in the woodland.

 

Site Rules

• Starveall Farm is a working farm and therefore dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when close to the yard.

• Please be aware of farm vehicles.

• Please keep your speed down when driving on the main drive and farm land.

• No ground fires please.

• Between July – December please be aware that we have livestock on the farm so noise and car lights must be kept to a minimum especially when it’s dark.

• No fireworks or Chinese lanterns.

• Drunken, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Strictly no noise after 10.30pm.

• Please have consideration for others at all times.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• No flying of drones.

• No Confetti.

• No single use plastic (cups etc).

 

Vehicles and Parking.

There is an access road to the cabin, and a space for one vehicle close to the pod. Any addition vehicles can be parked at the farm.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans sometimes need to be changed, and a full refund will be issued should you need to cancel your booking up to eight (8) weeks before your stay.  Refunds for cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival are subject to circumstances.

Refunds for cancellations within 3 days of arrival are non-refundable.
