Our Woodland Glamping Cabins are located in the heart of beautiful Buckinghamshire, so you're spoilt for choice when it comes to things to do.

Rain or shine, there's something for everyone.  Here are just a few of our favourites.

The Aylesbury Ring

A 32 mile walk that circumnavigates the Vale of Aylesbury and takes you through quiet and peaceful countryside, interspersed with pretty villages to admire like Ford, Waddesdon and Hardwick. 

DON’T MISS taking advantage of the Aylesury Ring being only 300 metres from the cabin and walking to the nearby village of Dinton for a refreshing stop at the Seven Stars pub.

The Chilterns - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

This 45 mile stretch of chalk hills is a dream if you are looking for a fresh air fix and the good news is it’s so easy to reach from your cabin!  The beautiful countryside is rich in wildlife like red kites, perfect for walkers and cyclists to explore and jam packed with pubs and restaurants for a break along the way.

DON’T MISS walking the final stretch of the Ridgeway, an ancient track stretching 85 miles from Wiltshire, finishing at Ivinghoe Beacon. From here you can enjoy views of the four counties of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, all from the same exhilarating spot.

Hartwell House

Walk from the cabin in 50 minutes (2.8 miles)

Drive in 6 mins (2.2 miles)

A National Trust-owned Grade I listed Jacobean stately home, once home to exiled King of France Louis XVIII, is now a hotel, restaurant & spa and set in 90 acres of parkland.

DON’T MISS Afternoon Tea in one of the magnificent drawing rooms followed by a stroll round the grounds, designed by a contemporary of Capability Brown.

Waddesdon Manor

Walk from the cabin in 1hr 30mins (5 miles)

Drive in 20 mins (9.5 miles)

This National Trust French Renaissance-style château, built by the Rothschild family, is top of the list of places  to visit.  Inside the Manor, explore one of the finest collections of French 18th century decorative arts or take a suggested walking trail in the magnificent 6,000-acre estate and gardens.

DON’T MISS a guided tour of the wine cellar.  It houses over 10,000 bottles, many from the Rothschild’s own Bordeaux vineyards, then visit the gift shop to purchase a bottle and enjoy it back at your cabin.

Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes

Drive in 40 mins (22 miles)

The former secret home of the WW2 Codebreakers, and the birthplace of modern information technology, is now a fascinating heritage attraction telling the story of how boffins such as Alan Turing broke the codes created by German Enigma machines, saved many thousands of lives and shortened the war by up to two years.

DON’T MISS Hut 8.  Formerly the Codebreaking Hut, the exhibitions help you understand the different methods Alan Turing and his team used to help them with their work.

Natural History Museum, Tring

Drive in 25 mins (12 miles)

Once the private collection of the eccentric Walter Rothschild, this fascinating museum exhibits the finest collection of animal specimens for all to see.

DON’T MISS opening the wooden display cases and being amazed by the flea collection that you can view through a magnifier.  A must for any nature lover.

Drive 32 mins (18 miles)

Whipsnade Zoo

Drive 38 mins (18 miles)

Whipsnade is a part of ZSL London Zoo  and located near Dunstable, Bedfordshire. It is set over 600 acres and you can walk or drive around to see the wondeful animals. A fantastic day out for all the family! Visit ZSL Whipsnade Zoo | UK's Biggest Zoo | Zoological Society of London (ZSL)

Aylesbury Odeon Luxe Cinema 

Drive 10 mins (4 miles)

Watch the latest movies in the luxury of fully reclining seats and enjoy drinks from the bar on your own built in tables.
